Sewer laying and road works are carried out on Margaret Island and in the vicinity of the hotel, which may entail some noise and it is expected to last until 31 May 2017. During this period, approaching the hotel both by car and on foot is more difficult than usual, and there are only limited space available in the parking lot.

Simultaneously, the Margaret Island and the Hotel approach by public transport is also limited, according to the Budapest traffic company the bus No. 26  is suspended until the end of May. The hotel can be reached by bus No. 34 and No. 106, 10 minutes walk far from the "Árpád Bridge - Margaret Island"  bus station.
